Thrive is an inquiry-led STEAM studio for children aged 3 to 10, based in Hyderabad. We are building a team of educators who believe that young children deserve to be taken seriously as thinkers — and who know how to make that belief come alive in a room full of five-year-olds.

Thrive is actively growing its facilitation team. We are looking for early childhood educators who are warm, curious, and deeply comfortable with young children — and who share our conviction that rigorous, joyful STEAM learning can begin at age three.
As a Thrive facilitator, you will lead hands-on STEAM sessions for children aged 3 to 10, guided by a curriculum designed by our specialist, Nivedita Mukerjee. You will be trained in the Thrive method, supported with weekly curriculum guidance, and given the materials and preparation you need to walk into every session with confidence.
We welcome applications from educators at all stages — whether you are experienced in early childhood settings or bringing fresh energy and a genuine love of learning. What matters most is that you believe children are capable of serious thinking, and that you have the patience and curiosity to guide them toward it.
